Green fields and blue skies

I have been more than fortunate this week. Not only is it my JOB to hike around Ireland, but I was also blessed with blue bird skies. I am absolutely exhausted, but I wanted to get some pictures up.

First day: Hike the Kerry Way from Lough Craugh to Rossbeigh (about 12 miles)

First day continued: Hike through Tomies Woods (about 5 miles)

Second day: Hike from Muckross (near Killarney) to Kenmare via Kerry Way (about 12 miles)

Third day: Hike the Beara Penninsula (about 6 miles). There's a longer option that goes up and over the waterfall, but I was too tired and had things to do in town. I don't regret it. 35 miles in 3 days is a pretty good week.

I'll leave you with this: have you ever seen a hare just laying in the field relaxing? Now you have. The "wild"life here are crazy. Nothing dangerous: all sheep, cows and bunnies.
